Sika MiniPack Tile Bonding is a high-performance semi-flexible improved cementitious adhesive, ready for use with the simple addition of water, for laying ceramic pieces in a thin layer or on old ceramic coverings.
APPLICATIONS
Sika® MiniPack Tile Bonding is suitable for bonding the following types of tiles:
- Red or white paste ceramic pieces.
- Extruded or single-fired stoneware.
- Porcelain stoneware.
In general, all types of low absorption tiles, which could have adhesion problems with other adhesive cements. Sika® MiniPack Tile Bonding can be used on the following supports:
- Concrete and mortar.
- Brick
- Plaster (with primer)
- Plasterboard.
- Asbestos cement.
- Floors leveled with mortars containing anhydrite (with the corresponding primer).
- Radiant heating floors.
- In general, all supports that may undergo thermal retraction or expansion movements.
Sika® MiniPack Tile Bonding can be used on walls and floors indoors and outdoors.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Thixotropic effect – Class T.
- Extended open time – Class E.
- High flexibility, so the use of Sika® MiniPack Tile Bonding on facades is appropriate.
- Excellent adhesion to most supports (concrete, cementitious mortar, stone, brick, etc.).
- Easy to use with excellent workability and thixotropic consistency.
- Consumption: 1kg/m2 and mm thickness
- Colors : Gray or Black
