Description

Diamond core drills have been developed for professionals who need to drill into hard materials, such as porcelain, stoneware, natural stone, cast iron or fiberglass, where it is very difficult to drill with conventional systems. These bits guarantee excellent performance and long life, even in the hardest materials.

Less water: These core barrels operate with low, intermittent water cooling, unlike conventional core barrels which require a constant supply of water. Simply wet the tip of the drill bit at the start of each hole and repeat every 5 seconds.

Clean Holes: Clean, precise holes with no damaged or chipped perimeters.

Lifespan: To ensure longer lifespan, we use more diamonds for fast cutting and a more abrasion resistant bond for greater durability.

Durability: Hardened alloy body to resist twisting caused by continuous operation.

Easy waste removal: Special grooves with steps make it easy to remove waste with a lever.

Versatile: Can be used on grinders or drills using an adapter.

How to use it on a grinder:

  1. Place the M14 adapter onto the crown wheel and tighten it until secure using a wrench. Then slip the assembly onto the grinder, tightening it with a wrench until secure.
  2. If the tile is not placed on the wall or floor, secure it with clamps to prevent movement.
  3. Insert the crown into the water
  4. Start the grinder at maximum speed. Slowly approach the bit at an angle of 20-30°, applying light pressure to prevent it from sliding across the surface. When the bit begins to cut and has made a groove, gradually rectify the angle until the perimeter of the bit is in full contact.
  5. Every 5 seconds you need to cool the wick
  6. Apply light, oscillating pressure while cutting to maximize bit life.
